Cancellation & Refunds

1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been prepared or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via email, WhatsApp, or phone. If the order is already being prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refunds
Refunds are given when:
- You successfully cancel an order before it’s prepared.
- We cancel the order due to stock issues or delivery problems.
- Delivered items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the same payment method you used. They usually take 5–7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
Perishable items like sweets and hot foods cannot be returned once delivered. Custom or special orders may also be non-refundable.
